Gault&Millau and top chef Eros Tomassetti from restaurant Diverso in Westerlo will present some great preparations, in collaboration with “Surgital presents Divine Creazioni®”.

16h – 17h: Gault&Millau presents “The golden Duke” of the year
Gault&Millau is proud to present “The golden Duke” on Horeca Expo 2018. “The golden Duke” is the winner of a culinary contest where three of Belgium’s best chefs were asked to create a stunning dish based on high quality pork, paired with Deus Brut des Flandres beer. The winner of this contest, Kevin Lejeune from La Canne en Ville in Brussels, will present his dish at our masterclass.
