"As a chef, you always want to keep surprising your guests," chef Pieter shares. "With Buloo, we created an aperitif that is a sparkling, alcohol-free drink that is both refined and vibrant, made from fermented tea, herbs, and cherries. A true alternative to traditional champagne," explains Pieter
In response to growing demand, Buloo is expanding its range with the introduction of BULOO UNIQ, launching in October. This line will feature a new flavor every six months, each produced in limited quantities. "Every batch of BULOO UNIQ is one-of-a-kind," they reveal, "taking you a step further into the world of Buloo." This initiative highlights Buloo's commitment to continuous innovation and its desire to keep pushing the boundaries of what non-alcoholic beverages can offer.
Winning the Gault&Millau award has been a significant milestone for Buloo, especially as a newcomer in the market. "An award from Gault&Millau exudes trust," the team explains. "As a startup, this is incredibly valuable. It reassures potential customers that our product meets the high standards they expect."

"Other non-alcoholic options can be labor-intensive and rarely provide the perfect aperitif experience. Buloo fills that gap effortlessly," they share.
